Reprogram any negative associations you have with receiving. Receiving is reprogrammed to be healthy, beneficial, and necessary for thriving in all facets of life.
When We Struggle To Receive, What Should We Do?
Look at what areas you struggle to receive in, and why. Ask yourself, "What do I make receiving mean to me?", or, "What do I fear will happen if I receive in this area?". This will reveal the subconscious beliefs that keep you from receiving in certain areas.
Know What Your Needs Are
You can't receive until you know what you need. Ask yourself, "What do I need to receive?". Perhaps you need compliments? Encouragement? Physical affection? More quality time? To be seen and heard more? Explore your needs, and slowly start asking for them.
